School Choir & Band

Ashbourne Educate Together is very lucky to have many talented staff members who have fostered a love for singing, dancing and playing instruments. Through this we have a very vibrant school choir and school band. Our choir and band are available for children from 4th to 6th class with practices organised during lunch times and after school. The children have opportunities to learn new instruments and an opportunity to practice their own instruments also, everything from glockenspiels to electric drums.

In the 2024/25 school year works are underway on our first ever school musical called The Wrong Way Round. Children from 4th to 6th class are involved. The musical will be taking place in 2025. We have a big cast of around 40 children. The children have been working very hard after school rehearsing, and they look forward to showing off their fantastic singing, dancing and acting skills!
